1. Booking and Payment;
To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% is required.
The remaining balance must be settled 30 days before the tour begins.
Different conditions apply for last-minute bookings.
2. Payment Methods;
We accept card payments, including MasterCard and Visa with a surcharge of 5%.
Bank transfers are also accepted.
3. Cancellation Policy;
If you cancel in writing 30 days before departure there will be a charge of 30% of the service cost.
Cancellations received in writing, between 29 to 15 days before departure will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
For cancellations received in writing between 14 to 7 days before departure, there will be a charge of 75% of the service cost.
Cancellations made within 6 to 0 days prior to departure will result in a charge to the service cost (100%).
4. Refunds;
uncompleted portions of the service are nonrefundable, under any circumstances.
5. Changes, to the Itinerary;
• We reserve the right to make adjustments to any arrangements if necessary due to circumstances.
6. Modifications to the Route;
• In case of changing conditions we have the flexibility to alter the tour route in a way that benefits our clients.
7. Replacement of Vehicles;
• If a vehicle becomes faulty we will replace it. Compensate for any lost hours by extending hours or adding extra days.
8. Maximum Passenger Capacity;
• Our vehicles can comfortably accommodate up to 7 passengers at a time.
9. Minimum Number of Participants;
• For each safari we require a minimum of 2 clients/participants.
10. Liability;
• The company and its agents solely handle matters related to tours. Operate within the laws of the country governing liability.
11. Insurance;
• We strongly recommend clients take out insurance as we cannot be held responsible, for any expenses, injuries, delays, loss/damage of property, or fatalities that may occur during their trip.
12. Adventurous Nature of our Services;
• Please be aware that our services entail dangers and risks.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible, for any of the following;
Any damage or loss to your property regardless of how it occurred.
Any illness, infection, injury or unfortunate incident resulting in death to our clients regardless of the cause.
Modifications to the planned itinerary due to road and weather conditions.
Any damages, whether direct or indirect caused by delays in departure or arrival.
Delays caused by missed connections for road/rail/ship/air travel.
Instances of war or other unforeseen disasters that may arise during your experience.
